Cottage Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Combine butter, sugar, salt, soda, egg and cottage cheese with 1 1/4 cups flour; blend well.
    Add remaining flour; mix thoroughly.
    Allow to rise in warm place for 1 hour.
    Stir down and place in greased 8-inch round casserole.
    Allow to rise for 1 hour longer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with salt.
