Homemade Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chili meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder per lb.
2 Tbsp. Chili Quick
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onion and garlic until meat is not pink.
Add just enough water to cover meat.
Add salt.
Cook for 2 hours.
Then add Chili Quick and cook 15 minutes.
Serves 4.
