Jerry Goyer'S Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sirloin tip or rolled beef roast
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Select meat and add salt and pepper. Place on roasting pan with rack.
    Bake 6 minutes per pound.
    After roasting time is completed, do not open oven door for 2 hours. Slice and serve.
    Garnish with miniature beets filled with horseradish.
