Crab Dip In Pepper Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon
    celery and carrot sticks and cucumber slices
Preparation
    Cut thin slice from stem end of green pepper.
    Remove seeds and membranes.
    Mix sour cream, crabmeat, garlic salt and lemon peel.
    Pour into green pepper shell.
    Use celery, carrots and cucumber as dippers.
