Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Generously grease nonstick popover pan or large size muffin pan.
Stir all ingredients with fork just until smooth (do not overbeat).
Fill cups half full.
Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from cups.
Serve hot. Makes 6 in popover pan or 8 in muffin pan.
