Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
46 oz. tomato juice
1 c. stewed canned tomatoes
1 c. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. dried onions
1 c. minced clams, drained
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced cabbage
2 c. green beans
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Combine with all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer about 2 hours.
This soup freezes well.
