Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ham, cut up
    1/2 lb. turkey, cut up
    2 carrots, julienned
    1 red pepper, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1 c. peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 lb. or more tortellini (variety of your choice)
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Toss with olive oil.
    Refrigerate.
    Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate again.
    Just before serving, whisk together dressing.
