Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium-size onion, chopped
    1 to 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 to whole green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 basket fresh chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Use bacon grease and brown chopped onions and garlic.
    After browning, add hamburger and brown at medium heat.
    Add salt, pepper and oregano during browning.
    After browning, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Stir all well, then add 6 ounces of water.
    Stir again.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
