Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn (remove from cob)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter and saute onion until translucent.
    Add corn and cook until soft.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    Add half of corn mixture to food processor with eggs, cornstarch and cream.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Process until smooth.
