Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) bricks softened cream cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 (6 oz.) carton pimento cheese
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all the preceding ingredients, except nuts; shape into ball.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
    Roll in chopped nuts. Chill until ready to use.
    Better if made a day or two before eating. Serve with crackers.
