Herbed Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    3 unpeeled baking potatoes (peel if desired)
Preparation
    Combine margarine, soup mix and rosemary.
    Scrub or peel potatoes and cut into slices 1/2 inch thick.
    Combine margarine mixture and potatoes; toss gently.
    Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
