Hot Pepper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. brown sugar
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1 qt. mustard
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 peck hot peppers, ground
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and hot peppers in a pot.
    Cook until mixtures comes to a boil.
    Mix flour and water together as if making gravy.
    Add to pepper mixture; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour in hot jars and seal with hot lids and rings.
