Traditional Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, sweet potatoes, sugar and spices in mixer. Add milk.
    Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean after you put it in center of pie.
