Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer or 6 chicken breasts
flour
salt and pepper
2 medium onions
1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 can white corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
Preparation

Flour, salt and pepper chicken.
Brown in frying pan.
Remove from the pan.
Add the onions, which have been sliced.
Brown slightly; drain.
Return chicken to the pan.
Add the tomatoes; mash tomatoes.
Add the water, celery, salt and pepper and poultry seasoning.
Cover and simmer.
Remove chicken.
Cut into pieces and return to pan.
Add corn and lima beans.
Add to stew and cook 20 minutes.
