Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. carton sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup butter and corn flakes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with crushed corn flakes.
    Put on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
