Curriet Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 jar (about 15 oz.) spiced apple rings
    1 (No. 2) can (about 20 oz.) of each of the following fruits: peach slices, pear halves and pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine margarine,
    sugar and curry powder.
    Bring to a boil. Drain
    the\tfruit.\tArrange in a shallow 2 quart baking dish (about 10

    1/2-inch).
    Pour sauce over it and garnish with cherries.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
