Aunt Ann'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat water until hot enough to melt butter.
    Add sugar and cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast, let set for 5 minutes or until yeast is bubbly.
    Add egg and salt.
    Add flour 1 cup at a time and mix well. When you have a soft dough, turn out on a floured surface and knead well.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
    Pinch or cut into rolls and place on a greased pan.
    Cover and let rise again until double in bulk.
