Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated cheese (may use Swiss, Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
12 slices bacon, fried
1 c. cooked mushrooms or vegetables
4 whole eggs
2 c. cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of black pepper
1 deep-dish pastry
Preparation

Beat eggs, cream and spices with mixer until thoroughly mixed. Crumble bacon and add to mix with cheese and vegetable or mushrooms.
Stir well.
Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake at least 3 more minutes until firm and set.
