Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. cream
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar; add flour and eggs slowly, stirring until thickened.
    Cool.
    Add cream, evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Cool and freeze.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
