Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans beef broth
    seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, thyme, minced onion, oregano, marjoram and bay leaf
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown chops and put in roaster.
    Cover with 3/4 cup of rice.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt, thyme, minced onion, oregano and marjoram.
    Add 3/4 cup of rice.
    Repeat seasonings.
    Add 1 bay leaf.
    Add 2 cans beef broth and enough water so that broth, plus water, equals 3 cups.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
