Turkey Trizza - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. cut up leftover turkey
Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. margarine or butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.
Add Bisquick and knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Place dough in rectangle (15 x 11-inch) pan.
Pinch edge of dough to form edge about 1/2-inch high.
Melt butter in skillet and saute green pepper. Stir in cans of soup and add turkey.
Cook 5 minutes.
Pour onto crust.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly. Onion, broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus and a number of other toppings can be added if desired.
