Beet Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packs lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. beet juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped beets
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water after Jell-O begins to thicken. Add other ingredients and chill.
