Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. bag egg noodles
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Melt margarine and add to noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar.
    Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish and let stand for at least an hour.
    Before baking, beat 3 eggs and 1 cup of milk.
    Pour over the noodles and do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
    Add raisins, if desired.
