Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell peppers
1/4 c. green onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 c. cooked rice
1 block margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onions, bell peppers and mushrooms in butter until they are clear.
Season shrimp, then add to vegetables.
Cook on medium heat until shrimp are cooked.
Pour beaten eggs into shrimp and vegetable mixture.
Add rice; stir until rice is coated with egg mixture.
Cover and cook on low heat until eggs are cooked.
(Cook in a 10-inch black iron skillet with cover.)
Makes four 1-cup servings.
