Peanut Butter And Jelly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/3 c. Parkay, softened
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except preserves.
    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
    Spread 1/2 the batter into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Spread preserves over layer; top with remaining batter.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan. Cool completely before serving.
