Oriental Chicken Stir-Fry(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. green onion, 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. celery diagonal slices
    1/2 c. red bell pepper strips
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's new cream of chicken and broccoli soup
    1 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet heat oil over medium heat; add onions, celery, pepper and ginger.
    Cook, stirring, until just tender, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in soup, chicken and soy sauce; heat until hot about 2 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
