Fruited Cream Cheese Dip(To Dip Fruit In) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. strawberry preserves
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with a beater until creamy. Add next 4 ingredients, mixing until light and fluffy. Spoon into a serving dish. Serve with fresh fruit.
