Mushroom Crust Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Jack or Swiss cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a frying pan over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of the butter.
    Add
    mushrooms
    and
    cook\tuntil
    soft;
    stir in crushed crackers.
    Turn mixture into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan and press evenly into bottom of pan and up the sides.
