Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6 inch) tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can diced chili pepper, drained
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
Preparation
    Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in oven at 350\u00b0 until soft.
    In saucepan cook onion, garlic, coriander and pepper in butter until onion is tender.
    Stir flour in sour cream and add to onion mixture.
    Stir in broth and chili pepper all at once.
    Add chicken.
    Put into tortillas and cover with cheese.
