5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. cut celery
    3 potatoes, cubed
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. tapioca or Minute tapioca
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together, put in a roaster and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Cover and do not raise lid during the 5 hours. More juice can be used if desired.
