Spinach & Mango Salad With Shrimp(A Quick And Easy Delight) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag pre-washed baby leaf spinach
    2 large mangos, peeled and diced
    2 Haas avocados, peeled, diced and soaked briefly in lemon juice
    1 can palm hearts, drained and chopped (optional)
    2 c. small cooked shrimp (fresh works best but frozen shrimp that has been thawed is good, too)
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Toss everything together and serve with your favorite dressing. Serves 3 to 4.
