Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch and beat well.
    Add milk and vanilla and cook until done (thick).
    Add coconut.
    Pour in baked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites and put on pie and brown. Top with coconut.
