Polish Sauerkraut And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sauerkraut
1 lb. sausage, bite-size pieces
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 tsp. caraway seed
4-5 potatoes, quartered
Preparation
-
Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
Combine with remaining ingredients and bake in covered roaster for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Toss lightly with a fork a couple of times while baking.
