Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes or yams, boiled until tender
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and mash potatoes.
    Combine butter and sugar and beat until creamy.
    Add to mashed potatoes and stir until well mixed.
    Slowly add beaten egg, milk and vanilla.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Sprinkle in nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
