Vinegar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. chocolate cocoa
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 level tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together.
    Grease pan (13 x 9-inch).
    Pour in batter and cook at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    While cake is hot, slice, then ice.
