Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix pulp, sugar, egg and butter, then stir in all dry ingredients together.
    Add the milk and beat until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
