Steamed Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large broccoli stalk, broken in flowerets and stem cut crosswise in 1/4-inch thick slices
    3 medium size carrots, cut in diagonal slices
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, steam broccoli and carrots over boiling water for about 6 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
    Add water chestnuts and tomatoes.
    Steam about 1 minute, or until heated through.
    Immediately remove from pan.
    Place in serving bowl. Combine soy sauce and vinegar; drizzle over vegetables.
    Gently toss to combine.
    Makes 4 servings.
