Soup From Leftover Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

all bones leftover from the poultry
any leftover stuffing or dressing
2 qt. cold water
1 carrot, pared and sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
3 whole black peppers
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
1 pt. carrots, sliced
1 qt. corn (whole kernel)
1 can peas
instant rice
egg noodles or mixed vegetables (if you prefer)
Preparation

Simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes.
