Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic
    4 green peppers
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut steak diagonally into thin slices 2-inches long.
    Cook beef with pepper and onion.
    Add celery and bouillon; cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Discard garlic.
    Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce; blend until smooth and slowly add to skillet.
    Stir until liquid is thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
