Diabetic Raisin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    Sweet 'N Low or sweetener equal to 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Boil water and raisins until water is gone; let cool.
    Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil; mix together.
    Blend in the rest of the ingredients.
    Spoon into greased 11 x 17-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Bake longer if pan is smaller.
    When cool, cut in bars.
