Sauteed Tofu And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Na Soya French country tofu
    1 head broccoli
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    2 yellow squash or zucchini or both
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables.
    In large skillet saute onion until tender. Add carrots and cook a few minutes.
    Add broccoli.
    Cut tofu into small cubes and add to vegetables.
    Press garlic into mix.
    Stir well and serve.
    Serves 2 to 4.
