Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme or sage) or 2 to 3 tsp. same herbs, dried
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skin is tough, otherwise, just scrub and rinse them.
Cut into thin slices, using the handle of a spoon to cradle potato so you do not cut all the way through.
Fan potatoes out slightly and put into baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, butter and herbs.
