Pineapple Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices Dole pineapple in juice (one 8 oz. can)
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
4 c. shredded cabbage
3 oz. shredded carrots (approximately 2 carrots)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Cut pineapple into chunks.
Combine cabbage, carrots and pineapple chunks.
Mix together mayonnaise and dill weed until well blended.
Toss with salad.
Makes 2 servings.
