Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. each ground cloves, ground allspice and fresh nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 heaping tsp. chopped fresh ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. orange peel
    1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    3/4 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    In a large stainless steel saucepan, mix together all ingredients.
    Over medium heat, cook until the mixture thickens. Remember to stir because there is a possibility of scorching.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Serve with chicken or turkey or your favorite cold roast meats.
