Barbecue Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 to 20 chicken wings
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
flour
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Cut tips off chicken wings.
Roll wings in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in cooking oil.
Brown onions.
Mix brown sugar, catsup, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water, salt and pepper.
Add browned onions.
Simmer 30 minutes. Add browned wings in baking dish.
Pour sauce over wings.
Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
