Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, grated
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 carrot, grated
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle salt on top of grated cabbage.
Let stand for 1 hour. Drain.
Place sugar, vinegar and water in pot and simmer.
Add remaining ingredients; boil 1 minute.
Pour over cabbage.
