Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cut carrots into lengthwise strips and cook until tender.
In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and margarine until bubbly. Add carrot strips.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and heated through.
