Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chunk pineapple, drained (save)
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    9 Tbsp. flour
    9 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat sugar, flour and juice until sugar melts.
    Add cheese until it melts (low heat).
    Place pineapple chunks in casserole dish.
    Pour mixture over top.
    Put crushed Ritz crackers on top. Slice stick of butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
