Carrot And Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. grated raw beets
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Mix as listed; fold in egg whites last. Cook 1 hour and 10 minutes
    or until done at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured tube pan.
