Western Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (15 oz.) can chili con carne with beans
    2 c. crushed corn chips
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add 3/4 cup onion and celery; cook until tender. Drain off excess fat.
    Add chili and pepper.
    Heat.
    Place layer of chips in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Alternate layers of chili mixture, chips and cheese.
    Save 1/2 cup chips and 1/4 cup cheese for trim.
    Sprinkle center with reserved cheese and onion. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Border with chips.
